Full Circle Protein Balls

Make a batch of these yummy protein balls and store in the fridge for a quick and tasty snack during your busy week.

Ingredients:

  • 1.5 cups rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup Full Circle Vanilla Whey Protein
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 Tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1/2 cup smooth peanut butter (or nut butter of your choice)
  • 3 Tablespoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/3 cup raisins or chocolate chips
  • 2-4 Tablespoons liquid (You can use water, Almond milk, etc.)

Method:

  1. Combine all dry ingredients in large mixing bowl.
  2. Add wet ingredients.
  3. Stir until ingredients are well combined.
  4. Use a small cookie scoop to form the individual balls. Place in a covered container in the fridge.
